1 This is an appeal by Malik Hood from the judgment of sentence entered on November 4, 2002, by the Honorable James A. Lineberger of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia. Following a jury trial, Hood was convicted of first-degree murder and violating the Uniform Firearms Act. He was sentenced by Judge Lineberger to life in prison on the murder charge and one to two years consecutive sentences for each of two weapons violations. After an exhaustive review of the record, we affirm the judgment of sentence.
